How to place an order: all products in our on-line shop are grouped in categories in order to help make your choice easier. You can also use our site's search engine to find the product of your interest. Each product is rapresented by a picture, a brief description and the sale price (VAT included). By clicking on "add to your cart" the selected product will be added to your sale cart which is updated after each change. All products are covered by our guarantee.
Payment:
the amount payable will come up on your screen once you have confirmed
your order by clicking on the button "order ". Payment
is made by credit card VISA, MASTERCARD, PAGOBANCOMAT.
Your card will not be debited until we have accepted and confirmed
your order. We will do this by sending you an e-mail. The prices
of our products are in euros and the amount debited from your account
will be in euros whichever country you are buying from and whatever
the currency your account is in.
To receive your order you must fill the registration form
with some personal data (see Privacy Policy for details). You must choose a password in order to proceed.
Your e-mail address will be used as a username.
With the username and password you will be able to access some reserved pages where you will check, track or cancel your order, change your personal data.
You will not be able to cancel your order true our site after our confirmation.
Security: All of our transactions are made through servers protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Your credit card details will be processed by an external company, Consorzio Triveneto S.p.a. who acts as a payment gateway and guarantees maximun security when dealing with your details. Our company has no access whatsoever to these details and cannot be held responsible for their use. We not only offers a secure crypting system but also allows you to communicate your credit card details to us by fax at the following number +39 089871029 if you should have problem with paying on-line.
Delivery: In Italy we deliver
our products by post or express courier. We deliver abroad by selected express courier only
which allows us to deliver our products in perfect conditions in
a short amount of time. Your order would normally be sent within
5 days.
Delivery costs vary according to the weight of the product you have
chosen, the country of destination, the type of delivery (air, road
etc.) and whether or not the goods need to have special packaging
particulary with wooden crates (for example antique products).
Delivery costs appear auomatically on your screen when you make
a purchase.
IMPORTANT, Customers from outside the European Community (EXTRA EEC) and Custom's charges: All customers from outside the EEC must pay a custom's charge on the arrival of their goods. These charges can vary according to the goods ordered.
Product availability: Due to the workmanship and uniqueness of our products it is possible that they are not always available. In this case you will be contaced by our Customer Care and if necessary your order will be canceled.
Tracking your order: Our customer service tracks every delivery and in the case of a delay the customer will be informed.
You can track your order on our site in the "check your orders" section after login in our website. Once you have been sent an e-mail to confirm your delivery, you can track it on line. This feature is offered in collaboration with the courrier company that delivers our products.

Damaged goods: all of our products are packaged and delivered with utmost care. If products are faulty or damaged during transport please contact our customer care immediately (within ten days of delivery date) who will help you to return the product and obtain a refund.
Protection for minors: People under 18 years of age are not allowed to place an order on line.
